Rhubarb Surprise Pie

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tblsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tblsp. milk
3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift together 1 c. flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk; mix. Press into a greased 9" pie plate.

Arrange rhubarb in pie shell. Sprinkle with gelatin. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350ยบ for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
