Celery Root and Potato Mash with Horseradish
I've never used celery root; it isn't celery, but some big bulb, which looks really yummy.

Celery root is a great smashed potato substitute if you are on a low carb diet. The root itself is a big brown ugly thing, but once it is peeled and boiled, it yeilds a dreamy puree.
