Elsie's Cheese Bits

from Ruth Schmidt

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 pound margarine
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash salt

Have cheese and margarine at room temperature. Mix well and form into walnut-sized balls. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Good snack with beer and wine.
