Pamela's Fettucine

1 stick butter, unsalted
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Mix together to form a paste and place in serving bowl.

Pour cooked fettucine noodles (about 3/4 pound) over paste and throw in
1/2 cup chopped parsley and some salt and pepper.

Toss well (it will thicken as you toss it), check seasoning, and serve.

Serves 4
