Maxine Kelley's Roquefort Dressing

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise plus 1 tablespoon
2 small Roquefort cheeses
dash Accent
garlic poder or 1 clove garlic, finely minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk

Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
